Jeanne Beliveau-Dunn is Vice President and General Manager for Learning@Cisco, Technical Services (TS) Strategy and Operations. Beliveau-Dunn oversees business planning and the strategic portfolio for TS, which generates over 25 percent of Cisco’s revenue, including end-to-end governance across Technical Services, Cisco Services, and Cisco leadership. Learning@Cisco focuses on innovative techniques to recruit, train, and evolve talent to meet the fast-growing needs of Cisco, its customers, and partners. The broad Learning@Cisco portfolio includes consulting, education, and certifications, as well as social networks and knowledge systems that are green, mobile, and global. Learning@Cisco award-winning capabilities help close the global networking skills talent gap, while accelerating productivity, opportunity, and growth for Cisco and its customers. Beliveau-Dunn is responsible for Learning@Cisco profit and loss, product and service development and delivery, operations, marketing, the technical community, and support.
Beliveau-Dunn is a 17-year Cisco veteran and has been in the industry for over 25 years. Her first role at Cisco was overseeing the Cisco channels sales team for global markets. Beliveau-Dunn then created the Internet Business Solutions Group (IBSG), a consulting team working with Cisco’s largest customers around the globe, establishing this team as an innovation agent.
